Oh, bloody hell! I had to wait until today to type this entry, otherwise it would have simply been swearing!Mugged!
The Mancs may taunt us with accusations of lawlessness and general 'scally'ness, but it was daylight robbery that the Scum took the three points....No truth be told, the real reason we lost was the lack of finishing.
Even Stevie G looked short of ideas.
Peter 'Hightower' Crouch was off his game, Cisse was on a different planet to the rest of the players and when Nando came on he was anonymous. Wee Flo was the only one who looked dangerous and even then not really threatening Van Der Saar's goal.
But take heart (we have to!) and read the following from Joe Doyle for a reasonable analysis of how much we've progressed.
