THE punters and plaudits applauded Stevie G's contribution to England playing through the middle against Bulgaria; that would be the same people who said his best position was 'playing in the hole'What did emerge was that there is no way Stevie and Lampard should play together...one is Frank, and we've seen all those drug advertisements about Frank; the other is an almighty general worthy of only praise and dedication. Lampard...a feckin' lampost next to Stevie G!
